friday food try...

 On a non productive friday I made my own version of green tea slush using an instant green tea lait mix...I also added vanilla ice cream

My supper: instant noodles I make it more healthy by adding fresh mushroom, bockchoy and wanton

My first attempt on video blogging, watching myself on the video is weird hahaha... I will try to learn how to edit my other new videos! please don't forget to write down comments on what should I improve...Uhm I know I have a long way to go. I think video blogging is better for me as I have no time posting a very long paragraph everytime

bad weather on my only day off

Yay! Freezing cold when I woke up this morning...I was thinking of  going to the gym but since I can't afford to get sick I decide to just stay home and clean my apartment as a means of exercise instead. 
Then a few hours after, I was hungry.  Since it's the holy week less meat for me. Growing up in the Philippines everybody knows about this trivia...

So here is my lunch/dinner....

Cod slices I marinated with maple syrup,soy sauce with basil, garlic powder and pepper (marinated for 15 minutes) you don't really need to marinate fish that long... and then I baked this for 15 minutes wrapped in foil thus the fish is still moist kinda steamed..

 For my vegetable stir fry: zucchini, mushroom, carrots, broccoli, onion

 I used oyster sauce to flavor, a sprinkle of pepper, garlic powder and added a small amount of water

What was I up to for the past months? Nothing new.... Went home to the Philippines and did a few road trip JAn 2011
                                       First stop..Kapuluan Beach Resort in Pagudpud ,Ilocos Norte

 Their margarita is YUM! Although we went there with bad weather...the stay was still awesome and also the drink is complimentary. I didn't have a picture of the lemon grass tea which I fell in love with

 The front of the resort, the location is situated not in the crowded beach resorts of Pagudpud which I love!!!

 This resort got popular by word of mouth

 This is their version of a table center piece innovative eh? Gumamela or hibiscus is a common flower in the Philippines

10 star for their entire food menu! Its mainly organic...and take not they grow their own ingredients thus the veggies are the fresh!
